This custom Seattle remodel breathed new life into one of those ubiquitous 60's Seattle ramblers. The intention was to update the house overall, opening up the house from small enclosed, rooms to open, flowing spaces. We strategically removed walls, introduced new materials (steel, fir trim), finishes and colors, and created a new kitchen with eating bar. From the outside, one glimpses a hint of the modernization with the larger expanse of windows and sleek metal handrails.
