A New Queen Anne Classic
This is a new Queen Anne neighborhood two-story house (the existing house was torn down) facing an expansive view of Puget Sound. The sloped lot features a daylight basement and lower-level connecting garage with elevator up into the house. Upon the owner’s request to “fit in with the neighborhood”, the exterior is traditional yet the interior is well suited to a modern and casual lifestyle with open, spacious qualities, rich in historic detail and modern amenities. The architectural style is early 1900’s traditional Craftsman.
