New Life for Old Craftsman

This house was a tired 1-story craftsman in need of a new larger kitchen and a second floor. We added a large dormer out the back to accommodate a master suite and guest bedroom and bath, and opened-up the main floor dramatically. The resulting spaces are respectful of their craftsman roots, but introduce a contemporary elegance and openness to the house.
