Magnolia 2nd Story Addition

A growing family required this 1940’s cottage to grow as well. Not wanting the house with its’ new 2nd story to look big and boxy, the design included nooks and window seats that resulted in a more articulated exterior. The end result is a home that has doubled in size, yet doesn’t overwhelm it’s neighbourhood of small scale houses.
