Kirkland Second Story Addition

The goal of this project was transform this plain jane “war box” home into a urban town home with a Cape Cod flourish, and to provide a master suite, personal art gallery, guest room, along with hot water radiant in-floor heating throughout. To make the house flow as one, to bring it all upgraded together, we also updated the kitchen, living area, guest bath and the siding.
