This new custom home, designed in a modern and urbane esthetic, opens up to a platform-edge view of both Seattle and Bellevue. To enter the home, one moves in an arc from the garden court, to the entry and gallery, coming up to a surprising and commanding view. The interior will be open and clean, with a slate floor entry area, stone counters, hardwood floors, and the warmth of fir throughout in cabinets, trim and ceiling panels.
