Not-So-Big Attitude
This is a major remodel and addition to an older modest home in the Bellevue / Medina neighborhood that is transitioning to one of overly large new homes! The owners loved the charming cottage-like feel of their home; our design subtly enlarged their space with a new bedroom, bathroom, entry and mudroom; all carefully designed with function as a high priority to support a very active family. Although an addition was part of this work, the charming cottage feel of the home has only been improved upon! The owners are very proud of their Not-So-Big attitude, and how they achieved such a transformation with their Not-So-Big budget!
