CTA Builds is a unique company combining Seattle contractors working in conjunction with Seattle architects, within the same firm. We are residential general contractors specializing in custom building and remodeling in the greater Seattle and Bellevue areas.
Our work ranges from kitchen remodels, to additions and house remodels, to new home construction. We have our own crews of skilled carpenters, dependable subcontractors and suppliers with whom we’ve developed dependable long-term relationships, and most importantly, we have a long list of happy and satisfied home-owner clients for whom we’ve worked over many years in business!
Our specialty lies in bringing a high level of design appreciation, construction skill, professionalism and craftsmanship to every project. Our system of construction management ensures that your project will be on time and on budget, and our commitment to clear communication enables your project to be as stress-free as possible!
Although we feel we can bring the greatest value to your building project if we also act as your Architect (see Design Build services), we are happy to serve simply as your Washington state licensed general contractor in the greater Seattle area, including the East Side communities of Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Clyde Hill, and Medina, amongst others.
