CTA Design Builders is an architect-led design build firm. We are Seattle architects licensed in Washington state, specializing in designing and building custom homes, additions and remodels in the greater Seattle and Bellevue areas. CTA has worked on homes throughout the Northwest, including the San Juan Islands and the Methow Valley.
We design in a range of styles, from traditional or Craftsman to mid-century modern to Pacific Northwest Contemporary. We will work with you to plan and develop a design that best suits your needs, lifestyle, and budget, prepare drawings in whatever manner required to ensure everyone’s full understanding of the project, secure all necessary building permits, and then monitor its progress as it is constructed.
Although we also have our own construction crews and enjoy constructing our own designs (see Design Build Services), we are award winning top Seattle architects and as such, are happy to offer our services as your Northwest architect!
